WELCOME TO KIDS’ KIOSK PRE-NURSERY PROGRAM!

Kid’s Kiosk Pre-Nursery, Budapest, aims to establish and maintain a cozy, friendly and fun learning environment for our students. All the children are given special care and individual attention in a loving, secure setting, by trained, dedicated and experienced professionals. We also strive to establish an open and friendly working relationship with Pre-Nursery parents. This is essential for your child’s growth and education, therefore if we work together, success is guaranteed.

 

 

COMMUNICATION

Kids’ Kiosk and your child’s teacher will communicate with the parents in a variety of ways, and will take a special interest in all your questions, comments and ideas.  Monthly newsletters and website updates keep you informed on all the latest activities. Your child’s welfare is our primary concern, so please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries.

 

STAFF
 
All Pre-Nursery staff members are experienced, dedicated, caring professionals, with many years of experience in international kindergartens abroad, trained to provide your child with the best possible care and education. Each group has at least one native speaker of English, with assistants to provide attentive care.

 CURRICULUM
 
In Pre-Nursery, we believe in education focusing on the intellectual, social, emotional, physical and creative growth of the child. Our program is carefully structured to enable the children to learn through a combination of interactive play and activities. Structured play is an important educational activity at this early age, as it enables the children to consolidate and practice a variety of skills. Separate music, art, dance, yoga, and physical education lessons are            provided by specialist teachers.

Based on British early learning goals, we focus on:

 

  • personal, social and emotional development
  • communication and language
  • awareness of the world around
  • physical development
  • creative development 

 

PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND YOGA

We aim to provide the children with daily physical activity and intend to develop their motor and coordination skills, their awareness of space, and their team spirit. The children will participate in team games, dance activities, ball games, and enjoy outside playtime.
 
Very special parts of physical development are yoga and aerobic sessions which will introduce the children to active relaxation, stretching exercises and breathing techniques. Furthermore, the children will have regular movement and music sessions as part of their physical development and coordination.

 

ASSESSMENT

In accordance with the English educational system parents will be informed of their child’s activities and progress by receiving regular progress reports. These reports will focus on each child’s personal, intellectual, emotional, social, physical and creative development, and as such, they will provide the parents with full-scale awareness of the child’s progress.

 

 

 FOOD AND SNACKS

We provide healthy, nutritious and tasty meals for your children, using organic products as much as possible. Pre-Nursery children receive a hot meal at lunch time and healthy snacks at break times.

 

 

MEDICAL
 
All our staff is trained in first aid and can provide help and treatment in case of minor injuries. However, should your child become unwell during the day and require full medical attention, parents will be notified immediately, and the child will be cared for and supervised until the parents’ arrival. Furthermore, a pediatrician will be making monthly medical check-ups for all the children, and be available for medical visits upon request.

 

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP TIME

School hours are from 9 am to 3 pm, and supervision is provided from 8 am to 4 pm. In case of early arrivals or late pick-ups, supervision may be arranged outside of these times for an additional fee.
